If you would like to have it printed, after adding it to your cart, Please enter the details to be printed in the "Memo column: Enter the details to be printed" (open the tab above the subtotal). Please enter the content to be printed in approximately 50 characters or less. (Emojis not allowed)

■ About shipping

• If you place your order by 8:00 AM, it will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

■ Note

• We may be closed for shipping or responding to inquiries on weekends, national holidays, and long holidays (New Year's, Golden Week, Obon, etc.). Therefore, we will respond in order from the reopening date.
• Please note that if we need to confirm your order, shipping may be delayed.

■ Regarding returns and exchanges <br/>If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience <br/>The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging items.

■ Changing the delivery address <br/>Changing the delivery address after shipment will incur a fee of 660 yen.

■ We will cover the return and exchange fees due to initial defects or incorrect products.
