Original paper bag for hand delivery

We have original paper bags with yellow satin ribbons available. Please purchase the one that best suits your needs. The product is basically wrapped in tissue paper and wrapped with a ribbon.

If you are unsure which size is best for you, please select "Leave it to us" and we will select the right size paper bag for you based on the size of your purchased item and include it with your order.

- Depending on the size of the product, it may not fit in the paper bag.

・Depending on the number of items, they may not all fit in one paper bag. If you need more than two paper bags, we will add an additional 330 yen without notifying you. If you need three or more bags, we will contact you by email.

We strive to pack carefully, but please be aware that the paper carrier bag may become slightly bent during transport.

■ About shipping

• If you place your order by 8:00 AM, it will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

■ Note

• We may be closed for shipping or responding to inquiries on weekends, national holidays, and long holidays (New Year's, Golden Week, Obon, etc.). Therefore, we will respond in order from the reopening date.
• Please note that if we need to confirm your order, shipping may be delayed.

■ Regarding returns and exchanges <br/>If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience <br/>The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging items.

■ Changing the delivery address <br/>Changing the delivery address after shipment will incur a fee of 660 yen.
